panel is being continuously upgraded and expanded to include households representative of most, if not all, population
demographics. NORMATIVE BENCHMARK DATA Surveying its various panels and maintaining extensive databases of response data from tens
of thousands of surveys, North American Testing Organization has established an extensive normative (or benchmark)
library. This response data is continuously upgraded and serves as the basis for evaluative, comparative normative
data. Normative data serves as a benchmark by which an organization may evaluate their products, image and position
in comparison to their competitors and others in their markets of operation.
