Mall Intercepts

North American Testing's mall survey network is extensive and includes over 375 sites throughout the United States. These sites provide each client with complete representation of the domestic marketplace in terms of all demographics including income, ethnicity, age, religion, education, type of residence, urban/suburban and rural areas, regional product needs and preferences and geographic variations in perception and attitudes.

Mall surveying includes state-of-the-art technologies in data collection: CATI interviewing, video taping and on-line/interactive surveying and reporting.


Mystery Shopping

North American Testing's field staff is trained and available to provide professional mystery shopping services for all our clients. Mystery shopping programs include evaluations of customer service, response times, administration, front desk services, staff courtesy and knowledge, store product placements etc.
