ON-LINE REPORTING
The quality and usefulness of employee satisfaction information is directly tied to its timeliness
and ability to be disseminated clearly and effectively to all parties concerned. For this reason North American
Testing Organization has developed an optional, interactive reporting system designed to allow management and qualified
staff access to satisfaction results on an ongoing basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
North American Testing's ON-LINE REPORTER allows all qualified personnel to access results via computer modem and/or
corporate E-mail systems. Using user specific passwords, management and administrators may access results for their
department, division or the overall organization. The availability of each level of research data and results is
up to the discretion of each client.
Research data and results are updated every month and are presented in an easily understandable format similar
to the written reports. Depending on the requirements and computer capabilities of each client, the ON-LINE REPORTER
may be accessed via corporate E-mail or through a special internet WEB site established by North American Testing
exclusively for each individual client.
The true benefits of the ON-LINE REPORTER lie in its ability to provide all decision makers with timely, accurate
research information throughout the year. Managers who are implementing new programs and processes may keep close
track of customer reactions and the organization can identify areas of evolving strength and weakness as they emerge.
